Cass Baca RYT-200

Finding yoga initially as a fun form of exercise, Cass quickly realized that there was a lot more to it than just balance, strength, and flexibility. Inspired by her teachers, she dove deeper into herself and her practice, ultimately finding ways to help herself heal. She continues to use meditation and yoga to continue on this journey, helping manage anxiety and depression. She has completed vinyasa and hands on assist trainings, and will continue her education under a formal mentorship in El Salvador in May 2018. She strives to allow her students to feel empowered in a safe place, while having fun at the same time. Cass is still very much a student as she is a teacher, and wants to foster a learning environment for everyone in the class.
Cass was born in Boulder, CO, but has lived and traveled throughout the world. Currently living in Denver, she loves to hike, camp, rock climb, and ski when she's not practicing yoga. Photography has always been a passion, and she hopes to continue to explore her love of capturing light through various passion projects.
